Howdy my budding garden angels,
I hear you’ve been yearning to get your hands in the dirt? Well, buckle up, babies, because I am hosting a seed starting workshop and would love to facilitate getting those hands into soil! Whether you're a complete beginner or just looking to expand your skills, this seed starting workshop is a great opportunity for you to cultivate your gardening knowledge and nurture your love for flowers.
In this two hour workshop on April 1st, we'll cover everything you need to know to get started with seed starting, from choosing the right seeds and soil to caring for your plants as they grow. You'll get hands-on experience and practical tips, so you'll be ready to start your own garden. And the best part? You'll receive seeds and even some plants to take home, so you can get started right away!
I know what you might be thinking - what if I'm not a natural? Well, let me tell you a little secret – neither was I, I’m still not. But failure is a crucial part of the learning process, and with active listening, patience, and support (that’s me!) you will be enjoying that part of the process too. I've learned a lot through my successes and failures, and I'm more than happy to share the knowledge I have with any new growers. You don’t need to be an expert, simply committed to trying.
So, if you're ready to turn your backyard into a garden oasis, join me for a fun and informative seed starting workshop. You'll leave feeling confident and inspired, and if nothing more…full, because I will also be serving tea and cake.
What you need to know
Includes
A two hour, in person, hands on workshop focussing on seed starting and seedling care.
You will take home a collection of beautful seeds, sown and unsown, and some grown seedlings you can plant straight into your garden.
Also, very importantly, cake and tea!

Date: Saturday, April 1, 2023
Time: 2:00-4:00pm
This workshop is held at the Good Mood Garden Shed in South Surrey, BC, very near the Peace Arch border crossing.
The exact address will be shared by email in a post purchase follow up.
What should I wear?
Please dress for the weather.
The Good Mood Garden Shed is covered, but it is...rustic. So please dress warmly if it is cold, and of course layers are recomended!
Please wear boots or shoes that keep your feet cozy and dry, and that you don't mind getting a bit dirty.
We will make every effort to keep you comfrotable and happy, and we appreciate you helping us with that by dressing appropriately.
But also, we LOVE a look. So if you have some hot farm number that is also weather appropriate, we are really excited for you to wear that.

We understand that circumstances may change and we truly regret that we are unable to offer refunds at this time. As a small operation, we pour a great deal of time and effort into creating a special experience for each of our guests once their booking is confirmed. While we would love to be able to accommodate every request, unfortunately, the investment we make cannot be recovered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding
Should there be an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us so we can find a way to support your request.
Inclement Weather
Sometimes Mother Nature has other plans, and inclement weather or unforeseen challenges may arise. If this happens, don't worry - we'll simply reschedule the workshop. And if you're unable to attend the rescheduled date, we'll be more than happy to issue a refund or store credit. Rest assured that we're always here to help, rain or shine!
Missed Workshop
In case you can't make it to the workshop, we have a solution for you! Why not share the fun with a friend? We encourage you to pass along the opportunity to someone else who might be interested. Just send us an email and let us know who to expect. However, if you can't attend and no one is able to take your place, please note that refunds will not be available.
