At Good Mood we do everything possible to provide fresh, beautiful florals. However, it's important that clients understand that fresh flowers are perishable and require proper TLC for the longest vase life. Food for thought, enjoy all the stages of the flower! We are societally influenced to only appreciate things at their peak, but here at Good Mood we encourage everyone to admire every stage of the flowers life, from peak to frail there is so much gorgeousness in every petal. 

We do not offer refunds for our flowers, but if you have issues with your flowers please reach out with a detailed description of the quality issue within 48 hours of scheduled pick up or delivery date, and provide photos as reference. Should there be a valid quality issue we will replace the arrangement with a fresh one.

Please note that we do not offer replacements or refunds on the grounds of personal taste. We grow and arrange with the seasons and work with what mama nature provides. This means that our floral arrangements are designer and growers choice (that's us!), allowing us the opportunity to create gorgeous bouquets that reflect the season in all its texture, colour, and style. As long as you don't have your heart set on something specific, we think you will be thrilled. 

Retail Bouquets

We supply the below shops with retail bouquets from April through September on a rotating basis. Retail drops are made for weekend shoppers, Thursday through Sunday. Custom Bouquets

Custom bouquets are available! Please reach out via our contact page and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please note that all custom orders require a minimum 48 hours notice and no order is officially placed without confirmation by email from us here at Good Mood.

Delivery is also available with an additional fee.  

Farm Visits

Unfortunately our farm is not open to the public at this time, sorry! However, it is available for photoshoots and workshop bookings. Please inquire by email or through our contact page and let us know what brilliant ideas you have brewing!
